As an employment social enterprise, Urban Alchemy’s primary source of funding comes from our service contracts. We also raise money from charitable donations to help with expansion, administration, and other non-project-specific expenses.
Urban Alchemy Practitioners are paid a competitive wage, and more than 70% of our income is directly reinvested into local communities through wages and goods and service contracts.
