Ann Kwon, as Chief Human Resources Officer, is responsible for implementing and promoting Urban Alchemy’s organizational values by managing human resources operations. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Kwon has worked for startup and publicly traded technology companies, overseeing US and international human resources, payroll, and stock operations with a focus on project managing system implementations.
In addition to her global corporate experience, Kwon has nonprofit experience as Operations Director and Executive Director for two Oakland-based organizations. Before joining Urban Alchemy, she held a position with a major consulting firm, handling and managing project-focused human resources work for technology and nonprofit clients.
Kwon, SHRM-SCP certified, holds a bachelor’s degree, combining her expertise to ensure Urban Alchemy’s workforce aligns with its mission and values.
