Urban Alchemy is revolutionizing the delivery of social services to those on the margins and revitalizing urban spaces.
Our services are focused on solving two problems: people falling through the social safety-net, and the resulting turmoil this creates in public places. To solve these problems, we are pushing forward the field of social services delivery—a sphere that has lacked meaningful innovation for decades. With our revolutionary approach to the problems to homelessness, rising crime, and challenging street conditions, we are a conduit for healing, recovery, and renewal.

For Practitioners, By Practitioners
Our model works because Urban Alchemy employees, or Practitioners, share a profound connection with society’s most vulnerable and see themselves in their struggles. As formerly incarcerated individuals who have traveled a path of healing, they recognize the humanity in those who are struggling and treat them as they wish they had once been treated. They bring deep passion and commitment to their work in the community, often because it’s their communities that are suffering the most.
