Mike Anderer is responsible for capacity-building and administrative operations at Urban Alchemy, including but not limited to contract management, risk-management, information technology, and data management. Anderer has 30 years of experience as an educator, community organizer, and nonprofit leader spanning the East Coast, Midwest, and Bay Area. He was the Founding President of Cristo Rey De La Salle High School in Oakland and Vice President at De Marillac Academy in San Francisco. He has a BS in Molecular Biology and masters’ degrees in educational leadership and theology, along with extensive experience in nonprofit management.
