She has an impeccable track record of developing strategic, equity-first communications and public engagement programs for complex planning and environmental and construction projects, civil works infrastructure, waste/wastewater, and community revitalization programs. Since 1997, D&A has been a trusted partner and strategic communications advisor to SFPUC on more than 300 assignments and projects, including its most impactful—the Sewer System Improvement Program and the Clean Water System Improvement Program, launching CleanPowerSF, and establishing the Community Benefits Policy.
